We’ll begin with practices to drop you all the way in—think breath, sound, and intuitive movement to melt out of your mind and into your body. From there, we awaken the 5 senses… tuning your whole system to presence, aliveness, and pleasure.

Then we’ll move into paired touch—yes, partner work. You’re welcome to come solo or bring a friend or lover to work with. You’ll be guided through several rounds of negotiated massage, where you’ll experience the magic of both giving and receiving. Before every exchange, we’ll have a clear and loving consent conversation. You’ll get to voice your “yes,” your “no,” your “mmm maybe,” and your desires.
