So, this week on the blog I'm sharing all the delicious details of how to do one of my favorite Tantric practices: plugging in!

We have been starting every morning like this and it helps us completely relax, connect on a deeper level, and heal!

This practice is best done with male/female partners or gay partners because deeldos don't have the healing power of the real thing!

✨WHY IT WORKED✨ I seriously struggled for so many years.
.
But I thought that pushing through and having 10 org. asms a day had meant that my pleasure wasn't suffering from the trauma.
.
But this too was a reaction to my past pain.
.
Then I discovered Tantra, and found out that the pleasure I was having was very much a symptom of that trauma.
.
So, I took all these steps over years to start to heal.
.
And it worked because I wasn't just addressing technique in my pleasure, I was addressing that AND the deeper issues.
.
Pleasure can lead the way, and at the same time you can be doing that deeper work to create safety, surrender, and embodiment.
.
I was running from my body, and even though I was in constant pleasure, it was just a facade (even to me).
.
Another symptom of that same trauma playing out in different ways!
.
The true transformation came when I was prioritizing pleasure (not org. asm), and integrating the scariest parts of that trauma.
.
This came from Tantra work combined with somatic healing work.
.
And it rippled out to the rest of my life when I healed it in my pleasure.
.
✨ And this is the exact work that I lead you through, and I watch how powerful it is every single day! ✨
