They want to shame us into hiding and I'm sorry but it's doing the opposite!

It's reminding me how important it is to go there!

To say the difficult things, to show the scary parts, to not be "pure", and to show up weird.

I'm here for the long haul, no matter how haters want to hurt me.
.
I alchemize their fear, shame, judgement, and hatred into abundance!

✨GIVE THANKS✨ the universe doesn't speak English. It speaks in vibration.

Especially the vibration of gratitude!

I have a daily practice of gratitude and I give thanks anytime I want to ask the universe for anything.
.
I do this because the vibration of gratitude is loud!!
.
So, if you wanna get the universes attention then give thanks first!
.
The universe responds so well to gratitude.
.
So, this Thanksgiving, give thanks for the sheer joy of thanks!
.
No string attached.
.
Just pure, unhinged gratitude!
.
Then watch and feel how the universe responds to you!
.
I enjoy this feeling so much.
.
And if you're struggling to find things to be grateful for then try this.
.
Do you feel safe in this moment? Forget one minute ago or one minute from now. Give thanks for even a sliver of safety.
.
Can you pour a fresh glass of water nearby? Give thanks.
.
Did you wake up this morning? Give thanks!
.
Do you have a friend who cares about you? Give thanks!
.
Do you have a roof over your head right now? Give thanks!
.
There's a million tiny things that you can be grateful for. There's no minimum size of gratitude.
.
Things don't have to be perfect to give thanks either.
.
Find gratitude even in the difficult.
.
Thanks for the lesson. Thanks for the resolution. Thanks for the difficulty to remind me of the ease.

✨LIBERATION THRU EXPRESSION✨ Last week I shared a small piece of a rage ritual I did with the Internet.
.
Cue the trolls!!!
.
While the majority of people supported the ritual and celebrated it, there were a loud few there to remind us just how scared they are of their own rage!
.
People hurled insults (including homophobic ones), body shamed, told me to get on medication and get help, told me rage doesn't exist in them, that I'm sick for telling people to do this, and that obviously I'm just doing this for attention.
.
So funny that their reaction to authentic rage in a completely private space directed at no one was so offensive.
.
What got me were the ones who claimed that no one needs to express rage like that.
.
They claim you don't have to scream or make sounds to express it, that hitting things is unnecessary, and that is totally normal to repress it all!
.
But I'm here to tell you they don't understand rage if they think it's not a visceral, full body experience to express it.
.
And that if you don't find safer spaces to fully express, that it's going to live in your body until you do, causing all kinds of havoc!
.
✨ Here are 5 tools of Tantra that will liberate any emotion within you ✨
.
💥 Breath. Intentional, deep breathing is always a great place to start to drop in!
.
💥 Movement. Action is essential to free the stuck emotions from where they're trapped in the body!
.
💥 Sound. Don't let them lie to you! Sounding is an essential human expression that liberates what is most stuck!
.
💥 Energy. Getting the energy unstuck is the first part, using that energy is the second. You can alchemize the stuck energy into anything you want or ground the excess back into the Earth.
.
💥 Mindfulness. Without integration, reflection, and silence after you'll just keep repeating the cycle over and over.
.
I think rage is one of the great issues of our time. So many people are angry inside but not expressing it outside.
.

✨RAGE IS POTENT✨ I honestly feel that our society is rage averse. There's no space to feel the transformative power of Rage.
.
Men, especially, (but don't you think you're out of this women and nonbinary people) don't have space for their rage.
.
But these emotions get trapped in the body if they are not fully felt.
.
Hear that scream? That agony? That pain?
.
It was all in my body before I did this practice, wreaking havoc.
.
Sometimes it's unsafe to express when it arises. Sometimes I intentionally distract myself from it. While others I convince myself I'm not really angry.
.
Each scream, each punch, each tear is just waiting to come out.
.
So, creating a safer space for you to experience and fully embody your rage will help you get liberated from it!
.
If you're really uncomfortable watching female rage I want you to ask yourself why?
.
Is it because women aren't "supposed" to lose control like this?
.
Is it because it makes you feel uncomfortable to witness?
.
Is it because someone told you we shouldn't put this kind of stuff on social media?
.
Investigate why, then turn that reasoning on yourself.
.
Are you not "supposed" to lose control like this?
.
Are you uncomfortable with your own rage?
.
Would you never put something like this on social media?
.
Each reason you judge this rage is showing you the way you judge your own rage.
.
Rage is liberation, because rage is often covering up another, deeper, more vulnerable emotion.
.
I view rage work as a very healing experience!
.
If you aren't expressing your rage I challenge you to find a safer space to express it, then really go for it!
.
Try doing it everyday for a week. Journal throughout to discover how things have shifted.
.
Your energy, especially, will start to give off the vibration of safety when you have a healing outlet for your rage!
.
